And now we move beyond the physical, as the music takes us further away from and further into ourselves, transcending and accepting our bodies, as we collect and absorb the energy we have thus far created and allow it to carry us skyward into the infinite. Here we find our bodies not only ready but willing to form the challenging postures that reward our dedication and perseverance.

This composition begins high in Vishuddah (throat chakra), and begins the slow upward release of energy, including as always Anahata (heart chakra), and moving into Ajna (third eye) and Sahasrara (crown chakra).
